Zangge Mining Holds Training on Safety and Environmental Protection
To implement the guiding principles of ecological conservation and comply with national and local laws and regulations on environmental protection and occupational health and safety, Zangge Mining organized a training session on safety and environmental protection on April 15. The training was convened by the Safety, Environmental Protection & ESG Office, with the aim of strengthening employees’ awareness of safety and environmental responsibilities and supporting the Company’s green, safe and high-quality development.

The training was delivered in a hybrid format combining in-person and online participation, with Hou Ruifeng, a lawyer from the Compliance and Legal Affairs Department, serving as the lead speaker. The session drew on key principles of ecological conservation, including the concept that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” and the importance of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
The training provided a systematic overview of the current legal and regulatory framework for occupational health and safety, and, in light of the Company’s operations, outlined key considerations for managing safety and environmental compliance risks and fulfilling relevant obligations. The session aimed to support employees in effectively carrying out their responsibilities and maintaining compliant practices in their day-to-day work.
Participants remained engaged throughout the training, with active interaction and discussion contributing to a productive learning environment.
Going forward, the Safety, Environmental Protection & ESG Office will continue to deliver regular and thematic training aligned with the Company’s operational needs in safety and environmental management. These efforts will further integrate applicable laws and regulations, as well as environmental protection principles, into day-to-day operations and management practices.
The Company will continue to strengthen accountability across the organization and enhance the effective implementation of safety and environmental management, providing a solid foundation for its sustainable and high-quality development.
