Zangge Mining Team Visits Zijin Mining for Learning and Exchange to Promote the Integrated Enhancement of Party Building and Business Operations
To implement the Company Party Committee’s work arrangements on benchmarking against advanced practices and improving quality and efficiency, promote the deeper integration of Party building and business operations, and learn from the advanced management experience of industry-leading enterprises, a Zangge Mining delegation visited the headquarters of Zijin Mining Group for a learning and exchange program from April 27 to 30. The delegation was led by Cao Sanxing, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, Zhang Liping, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer, and Huang Peng, Vice President, and included key personnel from the Board Office, Planning and Finance Department, Supervision and Audit Office, Sales Department, and Party and Culture Department.

From April 27 to 30, in order to implement the Company Party Committee’s work arrangements on benchmarking against advanced practices and improving quality and efficiency, promote the deeper integration of Party building and business operations, and learn from the advanced management experience of industry-leading enterprises, a Zangge Mining delegation visited the headquarters of Zijin Mining Group for a learning and exchange program. The delegation was led by Cao Sanxing, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, Zhang Liping, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer, and Huang Peng, Vice President, and included key personnel from the Board Office, Planning and Finance Department, Supervision and Audit Office, Sales Department, and Party and Culture Department.
The program was intensive and wide-ranging, covering business coordination, on-site visits, Party-building exchange, and red education activities. After arriving at the headquarters of Zijin Mining Group on April 28, the delegation promptly held in-depth discussions with the relevant counterparts of Zijin Mining across various business functions, laying a solid foundation for subsequent exchanges.
On April 29, the delegation visited the Zijinshan National Mine Park for on-site observation. At Qilinding, the team toured the open-pit mine and gained a direct and in-depth understanding of modern mining operations and management practices. In the mine ecological restoration area, former mining sites and tailings ponds had been transformed into a lush geological park, and the achievements in ecological and environmental rehabilitation left a deep impression on all participants. The delegation also visited employee residential areas and the Party and staff activity center, gaining first-hand insight into Zijin Mining’s talent philosophy of putting value creators first and its commitment to employee well-being.
That afternoon, the delegation visited the Zijin Culture Hall to gain a systematic understanding of Zijin Mining’s development history and achievements in corporate culture development. Relevant departments then carried out in-depth exchanges respectively. Led by Secretary Cao Sanxing, the teams from Zangge Mining’s Party and Culture Department and Supervision and Audit Office held in-depth discussions and shared experience with Zijin Mining’s Party and Corporate Culture Department on topics including the development of Party-building brands, corporate culture building, and the construction of activity platforms, and the two sides reached a consensus on establishing a long-term communication mechanism.

On April 30, to further advance the learning and education initiative on establishing and practicing a sound view of performance, the delegation made a special visit to the site of the Gutian Meeting for a red education activity. All participants paid tribute before the statue of Chairman Mao, revisited revolutionary history, reflected on the spirit of the Gutian Meeting, and received profound Party education and ideological enrichment, further strengthening their Party consciousness and sense of mission.
This learning and exchange program was not only a benchmarking visit to learn from advanced practices, but also a journey of renewed thinking. All participants said they were deeply inspired and highly motivated, and expressed their commitment to fully draw on these advanced experiences and translate what they had learned into concrete action and strong momentum for promoting the integrated advancement of Party building and business operations, and for supporting the Company’s high-quality development.
