Zangge Mining Chairman Wu Jianhui and Delegation Meet with Qinghai Vice Governor Liu Tao

       Wu Jianhui expressed his sincere gratitude to the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee and the Qinghai Provincial People’s Government for their longstanding care and support for Zangge Mining, and provided an overview of the Company’s development. He noted that Qinghai is rich in salt lake resources and serves as an important national production base for potash fertilizer and lithium salts, as well as a core region where the Company has established deep roots and continues to expand its operations.

       Since becoming a company controlled by Zijin Mining Group, Zangge Mining has leveraged the Group’s strengths in resources, technology, and international operations to accelerate the comprehensive development and utilization of salt lake resources. Going forward, the Company will thoroughly implement the plans and requirements of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee and the Qinghai Provincial People’s Government for developing a world-class salt lake industrial base. It will continue to capitalize on its core strengths in potash and lithium, adhere to green and low-carbon development, and leverage the resource endowment of Qarhan Salt Lake to further enhance its capacity to ensure the stable production and supply of potash fertilizer and advance the development of its lithium carbonate business. The Company will also actively contribute to the development of Qinghai’s world-class salt lake industrial base. Wu expressed the hope that Qinghai Province would continue to support the Company’s industrial development and project construction in the province, and work together with the Company to serve China’s broader strategies for food security and resource security.

       Liu Tao commended Zangge Mining for its longstanding commitment to Qinghai and its achievements in promoting the efficient and green development of salt lake resources. He stated that Qinghai is currently accelerating the development of a world-class salt lake industrial base and steadily extending, supplementing, and strengthening the industrial chains of distinctive and competitive industries, including potash fertilizer and lithium batteries. He expressed the hope that Zangge Mining would fully leverage its strengths in industry, technology, and management, continue to deepen government-enterprise cooperation, and make greater contributions to the development of Qinghai’s world-class salt lake industrial base and the high-quality development of the salt lake industry.

       Wang Jianping, Deputy Secretary-General of the Qinghai Provincial People’s Government; Wang Fenglin, Deputy Director-General of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Natural Resources; Li Jianchang, Executive Vice President of Zangge Mining; and Cui Pengfei, Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, attended the meeting.
