Zangge Potash Successfully Holds Its First Training Program on Comprehensive Capacity Building for Frontline Team Leaders
To systematically enhance the comprehensive capabilities and professional competence of frontline team leaders in areas such as team building, operational management, and safety management, and to build a high-quality frontline management team with strong execution and effective management capabilities, the Human Resources Department of Zangge Potash invited Mr. Xu Weimin, a senior corporate management trainer, to deliver the Company’s first Training Program on Comprehensive Capacity Building for Frontline Team Leaders from April 16 to 18, 2026.

Before the program began, Mr. Xu Weimin conducted on-site research in the lake area to gain first-hand understanding of frontline employees’ working and living conditions, familiarize himself with the potash production process, and incorporate these insights into the course design, ensuring that the training content was closely aligned with the Company’s operational realities.
Under the theme “Forged Through Practice: Building High-Performing Frontline Teams at Zangge Potash,” the program focused on the core elements of day-to-day team management. The curriculum covered the mindset shift from technical specialist to frontline manager, effective communication and team cohesion, as well as an in-depth interpretation of the Bai Guozhou Safety Production Management Method based on the production characteristics of the lake area and real cases, with the aim of strengthening team leaders’ management awareness, practical capabilities, and safety consciousness.

The training emphasized interaction and practical effectiveness. Through activities such as quick-response exercises, voluntary sharing, and group assignments, participants were actively engaged and encouraged to incorporate refined management concepts into their daily work, optimize operating processes, reduce costs, improve product quality, and strengthen the effectiveness and cohesion of their teams. During breaks, participants spontaneously performed ethnic dances, reflecting the Company’s inclusive corporate culture shaped by the integration of diverse ethnic traditions. At the conclusion of the program, a unified written assessment and comprehensive evaluation were conducted, resulting in the selection of five outstanding participants and two outstanding groups, all of whom were presented with certificates of recognition to encourage continued learning and the pursuit of excellence.
At the closing ceremony, Chen Jianguo, Assistant to the General Manager of Zangge Potash and Head of the Human Resources Department, delivered concluding remarks and took a group photo with the trainer and participants, reflecting the Company’s strong emphasis on building its frontline management team. Participants generally commented that the program was practical in content, professionally delivered, and well organized, helping them enhance both their management awareness and professional capabilities while also deepening their appreciation of the Company’s commitment to supporting frontline management development.

This training program represents an important step in the Company’s long-term efforts to strengthen frontline management and enhance the competence and performance of team leaders. It provided a valuable platform for exchange and learning, marking solid progress in the Company’s systematic approach to talent development and injecting new momentum into management improvement and sustainable development.
Going forward, the Human Resources Department of Zangge Potash will continue to design more targeted training programs based on frontline needs, providing more precise support for the development of team leaders and strengthening the talent foundation for the Group’s high-quality development.
