Zangge Potash Labor Union Organizes Employees to Participate in a Quality Development Activity Celebrating International Workers’ Day

       To celebrate International Workers’ Day and vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, the Golmud Federation of Trade Unions organized an employee quality development activity themed “Labor Forging the Soul, Unity and Striving for New Achievements” at Olympic Sports Square on April 29. The Labor Union of Zangge Potash actively responded to the initiative and selected 10 employee representatives to participate.

       The event consisted of two parts: a visit and outreach session, and a quality development activity. During the visit and outreach session, the organizers extended on-site greetings to model workers, skilled employees, and representatives of frontline staff, conveying the care and support of the trade union. Outstanding model workers also shared inspiring stories drawn from their own work experience, highlighting perseverance, dedication, and commitment to their positions. Through the power of example, the session encouraged employees to strengthen their conviction and sense of purpose, and helped foster a stronger collective drive to learn from one another, strive for excellence, and make continued progress.

       In the subsequent quality development segment, participants took part in a number of activities that combined enjoyment with teamwork, including hula hoop passing, group rope skipping, and coordinated ball-carrying challenges. During the activities, the Company’s employees demonstrated strong teamwork and close coordination, fully reflecting the united, enterprising, and energetic spirit of Zangge people, while further enhancing team cohesion and solidarity.

       This activity not only strengthened exchanges with employees from participating organizations, but also enabled participants to draw inspiration and motivation from the stories of model workers. Going forward, the Company’s labor union will continue to uphold its mission of serving employees, further build platforms for employee development and exchange, and unite and guide employees to stay committed to their positions, work diligently, and continue striving forward, thereby contributing Zangge’s strength to the high-quality development of Golmud.
