Zangge Mining Labor Union Organizes Social Networking Event for Young Employees under Government-Enterprise Partnership Initiative

       To further broaden social engagement channels for young single employees, provide a platform for building meaningful relationships, and enrich employees’ cultural life outside work, the Labor Union of Zangge Mining organized young employees on April 25 to participate in a youth networking event jointly hosted by the Golmud Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, the Golmud Women’s Federation, the Golmud Federation of Trade Unions, and the Huanghe Road Subdistrict Office, drawing on the Party-building partnership platform established between the Company and local institutions.

 

 

       Ahead of the event, the Labor Union of Zangge Mining, together with the labor unions of Zangge Potash and Zangge Lithium, carried out broad mobilization efforts and carefully organized the participation of a number of outstanding young employees. To ensure the smooth delivery of the event and to demonstrate the Company’s care and support for its young workforce, the Labor Union of Zangge Mining allocated dedicated funding and thoughtfully prepared a range of gifts, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on site.

       The event not only enriched the cultural life of young employees, but also reflected the people-oriented values embedded in the Company’s corporate culture and demonstrated its active fulfillment of social responsibility, earning positive feedback from participating local institutions and young attendees.

 

 

       At the event, the Company’s young employees actively participated in ice-breaking activities such as “fun team-up challenges” and “balloon relay games,” and enjoyed relaxed and pleasant exchanges with young participants from local institutions during the barbecue session. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and through these interactions, participants were able to present themselves, deepen mutual understanding, and effectively strengthen friendship and cooperation.

 

 

       This event was not only a springtime networking gathering for young employees, but also a practical initiative under the government-enterprise partnership framework. It further strengthened connections between the Company’s young employees and local institutions, fostered friendship among young people, and effectively enhanced employees’ sense of belonging and well-being.

       Going forward, the Labor Union of Zangge Mining will continue to play its role as a bridge and link, regularly organizing a variety of cultural, sports, and networking activities that are closely aligned with employees’ needs. By serving employees with care and dedication, the Company will continue to strengthen cohesion and inject sustained youthful momentum into its high-quality development.
