Zangge Potash Successfully Concludes the Third Training Program on Comprehensive Capacity Building for Frontline Team Leaders
From April 24 to 26, the Human Resources Department of Zangge Potash organized the third session of the Company’s first Training Program on Comprehensive Capacity Building for Frontline Team Leaders. Closely aligned with the Company’s production safety practices, this session focused on two core topics: the identification of production safety hazards and the Bai Guozhou Safety Production Management Method. A total of 48 frontline team leaders and key employees from various departments participated in the program.

Building on the foundation established in the earlier sessions, this program continued to emphasize a problem-oriented and practice-driven approach. Through diversified methods such as group discussions, case reviews, on-site practical exercises, and presentation of results, the training focused on strengthening participants’ ability to systematically identify on-site safety risks and implement closed-loop control measures.
The program placed particular emphasis on the classification criteria for identifying on-site hazards, clarifying that comprehensive and gap-free inspections should be conducted from four dimensions: unsafe human behavior, unsafe conditions of equipment and materials, management deficiencies, and adverse environmental factors. It guided frontline team leaders to develop a systematic mindset for risk prevention and control, emphasizing the need to coordinate the management of personnel behavior, equipment conditions, implementation of systems, and workplace environment optimization in order to build a stable, robust, and reliable on-site safety protection system.

Throughout the training, participants remained highly engaged and discussions were active. Under the guidance of Mr. Xu Weimin, each group conducted in-depth exchanges on management challenges and safety hazards encountered in their day-to-day work, and further deepened their understanding through on-site presentations and peer review, effectively achieving the goal of mutual learning and reflection through training.

At the closing ceremony, Chen Jianguo, Assistant to the General Manager of Zangge Potash, attended the event and presented certificates of completion to all participants, as well as certificates of recognition to five outstanding participants. He also set out clear expectations for the next steps in areas including frontline team safety management, accountability in the performance of duties, and the mentoring and development of talent.

The successful completion of this session marks another phased achievement in Zangge Potash’s systematic rotational training program for frontline team leaders, further laying a solid foundation for enhancing the overall competence of its frontline management teams and their on-site control capabilities.
