Jiang Jiaxin Wins Individual Second Prize at the Qinghai Qualifying Competition for the Inaugural National Trade Union Labor Law Supervision Skills Competition

       Recently, the Qinghai Qualifying Competition for the Inaugural National Trade Union Labor Law Supervision Skills Competition concluded at Qinghai University. Jiang Jiaxin, selected by the Zangge Mining Labor Union to represent the Haixi Prefecture Federation of Trade Unions, won the Individual Second Prize with solid professional knowledge and outstanding performance in practical assessments. Jiang also contributed to the Haixi Prefecture team’s achievement of the Team Second Prize, bringing recognition to Zangge Mining and the trade union organizations of Haixi Prefecture.

       Organized by the Qinghai Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the qualifying competition was held at Qinghai University from August 31 to September 4. Eight teams, each representing a municipal or prefectural federation of trade unions across Qinghai Province, competed in two major categories: professional knowledge quizzes and case analysis, and practical simulations. The competition covered laws and regulations including the Trade Union Law, Labor Law, and Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, as well as practical procedures involving the trade union labor law supervision mechanism known as “One Letter and Two Documents,” comprising a reminder letter, an opinion letter, and a recommendation letter.

       Jiang Jiaxin was selected through a prefecture-wide competition and joined representatives from the Golmud Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Ulan County Federation of Trade Unions to compete on behalf of Haixi Prefecture. The Haixi Prefecture team secured the Team Second Prize, while Jiang Jiaxin won the Individual Second Prize and qualified for the National Trade Union Labor Law Supervision Skills Competition.

In recent years, the Zangge Mining Labor Union has continued to strengthen its team of labor law supervisors, focusing on developing professionals with specialized expertise and standardized supervisory practices, thereby reinforcing the foundation for harmonious labor relations.
