Two Honors for Zangge Lithium: Fu Linglin Recognized as Outstanding CPPCC Member and for Outstanding Proposal

       Recently, the Office of the Haixi Prefecture Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) issued a commendation notice recognizing outstanding CPPCC members, outstanding proposals, and outstanding proposal-handling organizations since the First Session of the 14th Committee. Fu Linglin, Director of Technical Management at Zangge Lithium, was recognized as an “Outstanding CPPCC Member.”

       The proposal he led, entitled “Proposal on Optimizing Application Policies for Innovation Platforms in the Salt Lake Sector to Support High-Quality and Green Industrial Development,” was selected as an “Outstanding CPPCC Proposal” and was also designated as a provincial-level key proposal.

       Fu Linglin is a non-CPC member and serves as a Member of the Standing Committee of the Haixi Prefecture Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a Member of the Golmud Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, and Deputy Chair of the Golmud Branch of the Jiusan Society. He also holds professional qualifications including National Patent Agent and Senior Intellectual Property Professional. He has long been engaged in scientific and technological innovation and intellectual property system development in the salt lake chemical industry.

       During his term of office, Fu submitted a total of eight proposals relating to the salt lake chemical industry, covering key areas such as the development of industrial innovation platforms, commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, intellectual property system development, and brand building. All eight proposals were formally accepted, with four designated as key proposals and one selected as a key research topic. The research project he led, entitled “Research on the Development of an Intellectual Property System for Building a World-Class Salt Lake Industrial Base,” was recognized as an Outstanding Recommendation from Science and Technology Workers by the Qinghai Association for Science and Technology and was incorporated into internal government reference materials to support decision-making.
