To help the new employees transition smoothly into their professional roles, gain a deeper understanding of the Company’s corporate culture, and clarify their job responsibilities and development pathways, the Group’s Human Resources Department held the “Embarking on a New Journey and Aspiring to Excellence” Onboarding Training Camp and Mentor Meeting for 2026 Campus Recruits at DoubleTree by Hilton Golmud on July 13, 2026.
The Company attached great importance to the onboarding event. Invited leaders and key representatives included Zhu Hongwei, Deputy Chief Engineer of Zangge Mining and General Manager of both Zangge Lithium and Zangge Innovation Technology Company; Ren Yunyou, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department of Zangge Mining; Kou Fucheng, Assistant General Manager of the Production and Operations Department of Zangge Mining and Safety Director of Zangge Potash Fertilizer; and Chen Jianguo, Assistant General Manager of Zangge Potash Fertilizer.
Through a series of activities, including messages from Company leaders, mentor experience sharing, exchanges with outstanding employee representatives, an oath-taking ceremony for new recruits, an introduction to the development program, and the signing of mentor-apprentice agreements, the event guided young employees to strengthen their professional commitment, clarify their development direction, and formally embark on a new stage of their careers.

Setting Sail Toward the Light and Bringing New Talent Together

At the beginning of the event, Zhu Hongwei, Deputy Chief Engineer, extended a warm welcome to the 2026 campus recruits on behalf of the Company. He noted that young talent represents the future of the enterprise and serves as an important force in advancing the Group’s high-quality development. The onboarding training camp marks not only an important starting point for campus recruits as they transition into professional roles, but also a crucial first step in understanding the Company, integrating into its culture, and establishing themselves in their positions.
He encouraged all new employees to align their personal growth with the Group’s development, maintain an open and learning-oriented mindset, and build their capabilities through continuous learning and practice. He also called on them to remain enterprising, develop a strong sense of responsibility through concrete action and innovation, uphold sound personal principles, and broaden their perspectives through self-improvement and integrity, with the goal of becoming outstanding young professionals capable of supporting the Group’s future development.

Ren Yunyou, Deputy General Manager of the Group’s Human Resources Department, then delivered a presentation under the theme “Embarking on a New Journey and Aspiring to Excellence.” She explained that the theme represented both the focus of the training program and the Group’s expectations for the growth of its young talent. She encouraged the new employees to remain grounded, move forward steadily, broaden their perspectives, and cultivate strong character. With a fresh mindset, they should take their first step from campus into the workplace, unlock their potential through learning and practice, pursue continuous growth, and develop together with the Company.

Passing the Torch and Advancing Through Dedicated Action

Mentors serve as guides for young employees’ career development and play an important role in passing on corporate culture and professional experience. Yan Xiuying, Director of the Geological Exploration Department and a mentor representative, shared her reflections on mentoring based on her own work experience. She stated that she would conscientiously fulfill her responsibilities as a mentor, combining guidance through both words and personal example. She would help new employees become familiar with their positions, integrate into their teams, and enhance their capabilities as quickly as possible, while guiding them to develop their skills through practice and strengthen their character through dedicated effort, thereby supporting their professional growth and development.

Role models provide direction, while dedication shapes the future. Jiang Jiping, a representative of the 2025 campus recruits, and Liu Jing, a representative of the 2024 campus recruits, shared their experiences of transitioning from campus to the workplace and from theoretical learning to practical application. They encouraged the new recruits to remain grounded, take responsibility, collaborate effectively, and maintain a commitment to learning. They also encouraged them to accumulate experience through practice, continuously surpass themselves through hard work, and grow together with the Company.

Pledging Their Commitment and Making the Most of Their Youth

In a solemn atmosphere, Fan Jingya, a representative of the 2026 campus recruits, led all new participants in taking an oath. Their firm and resonant pledge expressed the new recruits’ determination to build their careers at Zangge, remain diligent and dedicated, work in unity and collaboration, and courageously shoulder their responsibilities. It also demonstrated the enterprising spirit of young people in the new era.
The written pledge represents both a commitment and a responsibility, embodying the new employees’ youthful promise to remain dedicated to their positions and forge ahead through persistent effort.

Empowering Development Through a Structured System

The development of young talent is essential to the Company’s long-term growth. Zhang Yan, Recruitment and Training Manager of the Group’s Human Resources Department, provided a detailed introduction to the Development Program for 2026 Campus Recruits. She systematically explained the positioning and expected roles of participants, development objectives, program cycle, mentor guidance, on-the-job practice, thematic training, and phased assessments. The introduction helped new employees gain a clearer understanding of their development direction and growth pathways, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent implementation of the program.
The highly anticipated mentor-apprentice agreement signing ceremony then commenced. Outstanding backbone employees carefully selected by the Company were paired with the new campus recruits, and each pair jointly signed a Mentor-Apprentice Agreement. The signing represented both the mentors’ responsibility for developing young talent and the Company’s strong expectations for the recruits’ professional growth. It also marked the formal entry of the 2026 campus recruits into a new stage of mentor-guided development.

Embarking on a New Journey and Aspiring to Excellence

The call to a new journey has sounded, and a new chapter of endeavor is unfolding. May all 2026 campus recruits remain true to their original aspirations and retain their drive to forge ahead. With their pledges as sails, their mentors as guiding lights, and dedicated action as their oars, they are encouraged to build their capabilities, pursue continuous improvement, and move forward toward the light.
May they sharpen their skills through their work, distinguish themselves through dedicated effort, contribute youthful energy to the Company’s development, and join hands in embarking on a new journey of high-quality growth.
