Zangge Mining Successfully Concludes Onboarding Training for 2026 Campus Recruits

To help the 2026 campus recruits quickly integrate into the Company, understand its industries, adapt to their positions, and complete the transition into their professional roles, the Group’s Human Resources Department organized a week-long onboarding training program beginning on July 13.

Under the theme “Embarking on a New Journey and Aspiring to Excellence,” the program commenced with an opening ceremony and mentor meeting, followed by a comprehensive series of onboarding and capability-building activities. These included team icebreakers, an introduction to the Company’s development, training on corporate policies and procedures, integrity and self-discipline warning education, specialized production safety training, production and business courses, and immersive on-site instruction at frontline operations. The program concluded with a rigorous completion assessment and group presentations, helping new employees build a solid professional foundation, gain familiarity with the Company’s core businesses, and successfully embark on a new stage of their careers.

Onboarding Empowerment: Building a Strong Foundation and Integrating Quickly

During the initial stage of the program, a variety of team icebreakers and group collaboration tasks helped new employees become acquainted with one another, strengthen communication, and build team cohesion. These activities quickly created a supportive and motivated learning environment characterized by unity, cooperation, and mutual assistance, while enhancing the participants’ awareness of teamwork.

The mentor meeting held during the same period established a one-on-one mentoring platform for the new employees. Experienced mentors engaged directly with the recruits, explained key job requirements, shared their professional development experiences, and addressed questions concerning career growth. The meeting also clarified the subsequent mentoring arrangements, providing targeted guidance for the development of young employees.

During the training program, the Group’s Human Resources Department and the General Manager’s Office of Zangge Potash Fertilizer provided a systematic overview of the Company’s development, covering its development history, organizational structure, industrial footprint, and strategic vision. This helped the new employees quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of the Company and develop a stronger sense of identification with its corporate culture. Training on corporate policies and procedures was also conducted, focusing on key areas such as human resources management, attendance and performance management, and the employee code of conduct. The sessions enabled the new employees to become familiar with the Company’s management requirements and develop a professional awareness of performing their duties in accordance with established rules and procedures.

Specialized education on integrity and self-discipline reinforced the professional boundaries expected of employees. Drawing on representative cases, the Supervision and Audit Office explained the principles of professional integrity and clarified disciplinary red lines, guiding the new employees to uphold professional ethics. The Information Management Department also conducted training on information security and confidentiality, strengthening risk prevention and confidentiality awareness and laying a solid foundation for compliant professional conduct.

Integrating Knowledge with Practice: Developing Industry Expertise and Applying Learning

Safety is the fundamental basis for fulfilling production responsibilities. The Group’s Safety, Environmental Protection and ESG Office and the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Zangge Potash Fertilizer conducted specialized production safety training. The sessions systematically explained the Company’s safety management systems and job-specific operating procedures, and included practical demonstrations of emergency response skills, such as the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), cardiopulmonary resuscitation, respirators, and fire hydrants. The training helped new employees acquire basic emergency response capabilities and firmly establish an awareness of production safety.
The Production Management Department of Zangge Potash Fertilizer delivered training on core production knowledge, focusing on potassium chloride, one of the Group’s principal products. The sessions provided a detailed introduction to the production process, production organization model, and overall industry operations, helping new employees quickly acquire knowledge of the Company’s core business and build a solid foundation for their respective roles.

Following the classroom sessions, all new employees participated in immersive on-site learning visits to the production workshops of Zangge Lithium, as well as the solution-mining area and salt fields of Zangge Potash Fertilizer. Through these visits, they gained direct insights into intelligent production scheduling, salt lake resource development, lithium product manufacturing processes, and frontline operations, deepening their understanding of the Group’s industrial footprint and core strengths.

Learning Outcomes Assessment: Reinforcing Learning Through Evaluation and Preparing for the Future

The training program concluded with rigorous assessments and group presentations. All new employees took a comprehensive completion examination covering corporate culture, policies and procedures, production safety, and business knowledge, providing a thorough evaluation of their learning outcomes.

Each group presented its key takeaways, shared reflections, and outlined career development plans through PowerPoint presentations, scenario-based demonstrations, and other formats. The presentations fully reflected the new campus recruits’ commitment to learning, determination to progress, and youthful vitality.

The Group’s Human Resources Department concluded the program with a review and comments, fully recognizing the learning attitude and training outcomes of all new employees. The participants were encouraged to regard the program as the starting point of their professional development, pursue personal growth through dedicated effort, and align their progress with the Company’s development. They were also encouraged to remain committed to continuous learning and practice, retain their enthusiasm and original aspirations, and steadily enhance their professional capabilities and overall competence through on-the-job experience. The Company respects diverse paths to growth and looks forward to seeing every young employee realize their potential.

The five-day training program represented an important step for the campus recruits as they transitioned into their professional roles and entered the workplace. The systematic and comprehensive training framework effectively helped the new employees understand the Company, gain a thorough knowledge of its business, and remain mindful of essential professional boundaries, while further strengthening their sense of identification with and belonging to the Company.

Going forward, the Group’s Human Resources Department will continue to improve the development system for campus recruits and strengthen initiatives such as mentor guidance, on-the-job practice, and specialized capability-building programs. These efforts will support the rapid growth and development of young employees and provide a continuous source of youthful talent and vitality for Zangge Mining’s high-quality development.
